At work yesterday, there was some joking about famous NYT corrections (the guy who DIDN'T have his testicles removed, the confusion between a veteran and a Bedouin of Israeli politics, the misnaming of the Yellow Rat Bastard store, etc.), so much chortling that we almost missed a current event:
But, thanks to Regret the Error, we know that the wonderful Language Log has been taking apart an amazingly credulous BBC report about a parrot and its vocabulary.
