Copy Editor/Crime Sleuth

The Sunday New York Times will review a book that features a copy editor as a crime sleuth. A couple of choice lines from the review:

...It’s hard not to love a book in which grammar features as a clue to the identity of a killer.
...O’Connor’s adult protagonist, Rannie Bookman, also uses big words. She’s a freelance copy editor. She does not wear a tiara.

And, lest we forget: long-time ACES member Mark Murphy writes fiction with copy editor heroes; here and here.

Mark has had his mystery fiction published in Futures Mystery Anthology Magazine and on Mysterical-E.
